TETHLASIS
Gavalas Architects
A NOTE FROM THE ARCHITECT
Concept
This inspiring name of the project derives from the Ancient Greek word for the segmented line into separate parts.
Key aspect for the design concept
behind the creation of this luxurious group for individual apartments of distinctive character and aesthetics is the fragmentation. The idea of improving privacy and
directing the views towards the
Seaview and the opposite Green
Park by using horizontal and vertical architectural elements. All the facades of the buildings look like one single drawn line broken into smaller parts. These parts are creating the physical but also mental separation between the
four beautiful apartments regarding internal and external private areas.
Privileged location with easy access to key points of the road network infrastructure towards the Southern Suburbs and the center of Athens. Tethlasis Residences encompass privacy and tranquility, in an ideal environment for family residencies.
Top architectural design for Tethlasis Residences, with high end concept and functional value. The building's identity makes it a unique piece of architecture that stands out and inspires with its design.
In continuation of the architectural design, the implementation completes the project in the best way, producing a building that adorns the landscape of the Southern Suburbs with its luxurious construction.
